Legal News 2014/4-The Labour Code will modify
In the third edition of our newsletter series on new Civil Code we present the modifications on the Labour Code.
As it has been focused on numerous forums, the new Civil Code will come into force as of March 15. The act CClII. of 2013 on the amendment of certain acts relating to the entry into force of the new Civil Code was published in December, by which the Labour Code will also be modified.
In our present newsletter, we would like to provide you with an outlook on the changes of the Labour Code to become effective as of March 15.
