Ioannis Skiadopoulos Director

Ioannis Skiadopoulos is Certified Public Accountant and Director at Forvis Mazars in Greece with over 14 years of experience in Audit & assurance and Consulting. 

He has experience in performing financial auditing, tax auditing in the context of issuing a tax report and agreed-upon-procedures for a number of clients in a broad range of industry sectors such as construction, shipping, commerce, service provision and food services .He specializes in auditing financial statements in accordance with Greek Accounting Standards and IFRSs. As part of the audit process, he participates in developing the audit plan, evaluating the inherent risk and the control risk of the company. He conducts as a team member as well as a team leader the audit procedures and concludes on the audit findings. He is responsible for the communication to client management stating the key findings of the audit, deficiencies in the internal controls and providing suggestions and solutions for managing the risks. It has also conducted audits for the certification of investment laws and the Assessment of requests to the Recovery and Resilience Fund. 

He is certified by ELTE, holds an MSc in Applied Accounting and Auditing and a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Kapodistrian University of Athens.
