Recently the law 4797/2021 about "state assistance to businesses and non-profit organizations for natural disasters, urgent arrangements for the support of the economy, supplementary state budget and pension regulation" was enacted, in which was also included the amendment of the Ministry of Finance regarding provisions for this year's tax returns and with which the following tax implications arise. More specifically:

Update 16/2: Λόγω των έκτακτων καιρικών φαινομένων που επικρατούν σε όλη τη χώρα, το μεταβατικό διάστημα εφαρμογής και χρήσεως των νέων εντύπων Βεβαίωσης Κίνησης τόσο των εργαζομένων όσο και των αυτοαπασχολούμενων, ελεύθερων επαγγελματιών, επιτηδευματιών, καθώς και των μελών διοίκησης, επεκτείνεται μέχρι και την 19/2/2021 και ώρα 06:00. Για το διάστημα από 15/2/2021 και ώρα 06:00 έως και 19/2/2021 και ώρα 05:59, οι εργαζόμενοι μπορούν να μετακινούνται από και προς την εργασία τους και με τα παλαιά έντυπα φόρμες – άδειες κυκλοφορίας εργαζομένου.

The Government, in an effort to act with insight in order to implement the structural changes that will attract investments and investors in the country, completes the triptych of incentives to attract foreign taxpayers in Greece, with provisions included in the bill recently submitted to Parliament.

The recently enacted law 4714 (Government Gazette A '148 / 31-07-2020) establishes substantial legislative amendments and clarifications with respect to VAT exemptions in intra-Community transactions, including the inventory’ s maintenance in other EU Member States. In particular, and given the fact that the expected Ministry of Finance’s circular will not define anything different, the Law’s main objectives cover the following areas:

Πρόσφατα, δημοσιεύθηκε η Υπουργική Απόφαση υπ’ αριθμόν Α 1139/2020 (ΦΕΚ Β' 2269/13-06-2020) με την οποία ορίζεται η τροποποίηση της ΠΟΛ.1162/2018 (Β' 3579) Απόφασης του Διοικητή της Α.Α.Δ.Ε. «Υποβολή Δήλωσης Πληροφοριακών Στοιχείων Μίσθωσης Ακίνητης Περιουσίας με τη χρήση ηλεκτρονικής μεθόδου επικοινωνίας μέσω διαδικτύου».
