Mazars in Medellin: An integration that allows us to continue to grow

We are pleased to announce that, as of January 2022, Ignacio Sanín Bernal & Cía, under the leadership of Juan Esteban Sanín Gómez, a leading and strongly established law firm in Medellín and Cali, which over the last 50 years, has built a great reputation and is recognized by TheLegal500 magazine, will join the integrated partnership of Mazars.

Juan Esteban Sanín Gómez, who is now also our new International Partner (Carl), is a Lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes, Specialist in Tax Law, Master of Laws (LLM) at London School of Economics and PhD Candidate in Legal and Political Studies at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, with more than 18 years of experience in corporate law, corporate reorganizations, litigation, corporate compliance and tax law.

With the addition of the Ignacio Sanín Bernal & Cía team, Mazars will now offer you a broader range of services, including legal expertise in litigation, intellectual property, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and labor law, in addition to our already established audit, outsourcing, consulting, tax, legal and financial services, while maintaining the same high quality standards.

Since our launch in Colombia in 2018, we have enjoyed strong upward momentum, growing more than 50% annually. This merger further demonstrates our commitment to continue growing and developing our activities in Colombia.
