Innova Investment Banking Integration: Mazars continues to expand and grow in the country

We are pleased to announce that Innova Investment Banking, under the leadership of Luis Enrique Sibaja Hessén, joins Mazars in Colombia. Luis Enrique Sibaja Hessén, who is now also our new Financial Advisory Partner, is a Business Administrator from Universidad Sergio Arboleda, a Corporate Finance Specialist from Cesa and a Master's Candidate in Corporate Finance from Cesa. He has more than 24 years of experience in valuation of ongoing companies and accompaniment in processes of purchase, sale, merger, management buy out and leverage buy out, procurement of resources (Equity and Debt), financial structuring of investment projects and accompaniment in their financial closings, financial optimization / debt reprofiling, optimization of costs and expenses / 100% guaranteed savings, financial due diligence, among others.

With the addition of the Innova Investment Banking team, Mazars will now offer a broader range of services, including Cost and Expense Optimization, Debt Reprofiling, Financial Modeling, Valuation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence and Corporate Finance. In addition to its established services of audit, consulting, financial advisory, outsourcing, legal and tax advice, while maintaining the same high quality standards.

Since the launch of Mazars Colombia in 2018, it has seen strong upward momentum, growing more than 50% annually as a firm. This merger demonstrates the commitment to continue growing and developing its activities in Colombia.
