UPDATE NEWS No. 6 – DATA PROTECTION
The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce again pronounces itself on the processing of personal data from digital platforms, on this occasion we present the Resolution of the entity for the TikTok application.
On April 30th, 2020, the Personal Data Protection Investigation Department of the SIC initiated an administrative action against the Tik-Tok application, with the purpose of identifying whether said application complied with Colombian regulations regarding the collection and processing of personal data.
