The Constitutional Court declares the article on the social protection floor unconstitutional.
Unconstitutionality of article 193
The Constitutional Court has issued two rulings that seem contradictory with respect to the social protection floor regulated within the National Development Plan. However, they do not contradict each other, the analysis deals with different constitutional aspects, in the first case the principle of unity of matter is reviewed and in the second case the principle of non-regression.
