Resolution 84 of 2022 UIAF
Through Resolution 84 of 2022, the Financial Information and Analysis Unit - UIAF, extended until July 1, 2022 the deadline to start reporting operations performed by those who provide services related to virtual assets in Colombia, as provided in Resolution 314 of 2021.
Through Resolution 84 of 2022, the Financial Information and Analysis Unit - UIAF, extended until July 1, 2022 the deadline to start with the reporting of operations performed by those persons who provide services related to virtual assets in Colombia, as provided in Resolution 314 of 2021.
The aforementioned subjects will be under the obligation to report the following operations:
- Suspicious transactions with digital assets, without attention to the amount.
- Individual transactions with digital assets exceeding USD $150.
- Multiple transactions with digital assets exceeding USD $450.
- Report of absence of transactions with virtual assets.
- Report of clients.
