By means of law 2207 of 2022, the terms of response of public entities are modified
Law 2207 of May 17th, 2022, repealed Sections 5 and 6 of Legislative Ruling 491 of 2020 that extended the terms of response of petitions to public entities to 30 days and of consultations on their function to 35 days, during the health emergency.
Therefore, the terms of response of public entities will continue to be those indicated by Law 1755 of 2015:
