Report 75 - SAGRILAFT and PTEE

By means of External Circular 100-000003 of September 11, 2023, the Superintendence of Companies established the requirements and deadlines for the presentation of Report 75 - SAGRILAFT AND PTEE (Chapter II), which integrates reports 50 - LA/FT RISK PREVENTION and 52 - TRANSPARENCY AND BUSINESS ETHICS PROGRAM.

Nature of the report

Report 75 - SAGRILAFT AND PTEE is mandatory, therefore, failure to send the required information in the conditions and terms established, allows the Superintendence of Companies to advance an administrative sanctioning process, where it may "impose sanctions or fines, successive or not, up to two hundred legal monthly minimum wages, whatever the case may be, to those who fail to comply with its orders, the law or the bylaws" (Law 222 of 1995, article 86, numeral 3).

Parties required to file the report

Obliged to adopt the provisions of Chapter X (SAGRILAFT) and Chapter XIII (PTEE) of the Basic Legal Circular of the Superintendency of Corporations.
