¹ Within these entities we can find: associations, foundations, corporations, solidarity economy entities such as cooperatives, employee funds, mutual associations, citizen watchdogs, foreign non-profit private law entities domiciled abroad.
Who should implement it?
All ESAL - domiciled in the Capital District of Bogotá and under the inspection, surveillance and control of the Office of the Mayor of Bogotá, are required to prepare, submit and implement a Business Ethics and Transparency Program, including those that are in the process of dissolution and/or liquidation.
Types of Transparency and Business Ethics Programs.
There are two (2) types:
1. Integral Business Ethics and Transparency Program (PTTEE-I). ESAL must prepare, submit, and implement the PTTE-I, if they meet one or more of the following conditions:
- Total assets as of December 31, 2022, are equal to or greater than one thousand (1,000) legal monthly minimum wages.
- That they have implemented a risk management system.
2. Simplified Business Ethics and Transparency Program (PTEE-S). This program must be prepared, submitted and implemented by ESALs - that meet the following conditions:
- That their total assets as of December 31, 2022 are less than one thousand (1,000) legal monthly minimum wages.
- That they have not implemented a risk management system.
