Customer notification by COVID -19
Due to the situation, we are facing in Colombia related to COVID-19, for Ignacio Sanín Bernal & CIA. Lawyers and Accountants, it is imperative to keep our employees protected and thus contribute to avoid increases in the contagion. For this reason, as of today we will adopt the following measures:
The Firm will continue to work its usual schedule; however, our staff will perform their work through remote work.
- Meetings will be held by Skype and other virtual means or by teleconference.
- Clients who need to communicate with our employees will be able to do so through their personal cell phones, which can be requested by e-mail.
- The scheduled hearings will be attended if the judicial offices and arbitration courts allow it, in case of being suspended by order of the competent authority, the client will be duly informed.
Once the situation is normalized, we will send again a communication in case you have any concerns you should not contact us.
