Mazars’ survey results and CGCUC to company directors
Mazars Chile and the Center for Corporate Governance of the Pontificia Universidad Católica(CGCUC) conducted the survey "Transformation of the Board of Directors 2021 as a result of Covid-19: Changes, threats and opportunities" to company directors.
The research – which was answered by 113 people between June and July 2021 – sought to find out the main changes in the functioning and priorities of directors as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to identify opportunities for improvement and promote better practices.
88% of those surveyed confirmed that their company implemented accelerated digitization as a result of the pandemic. Meanwhile, 95% highlighted the agility of their boards to adapt to the new priorities of the companies.
