Wee Han Tah Partner, Head of Management Consulting
Wee Han has over 22 years of professional and commercial experience, including 15 years as the head of a business unit and four years as a business owner. He initiated the local consulting practice of the largest global mid-tier accounting and consulting network and grew it into a significant player in the consulting sector.
Wee Han led over 80 consulting projects covering areas such as strategic planning, market research, industry studies, internationalisation road mapping, market entry strategies, partner development/selection, business structuring, performance benchmarking and capital raising.
He initiated new businesses in the food & beverage sectors both locally and overseas, as well as having significant experience in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.
Wee Han's clientele include a diverse range of both local and foreign public and private sector organisations from industry sectors that include information technology, biotech, education, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, lifestyle, business services, and maritime organisations.
Last but not least, Wee Han is a regular speaker at public seminars and workshops and is often quoted in prominent local media.
