Cătălina Călinescu, appointed as HR & Payroll Director, boasts an experience of more than 15 years in offering consultancy to clients from various industries. Cătălina has developed her competencies and expertise in professional advisory services related particularly to HR consultancy, labour legislation, time management and employee relations, budgeting, training, and recruiting. She will continue to be a key player in growing her clients’ businesses and helping them achieve their corporate goals. Her role will be to continue to increase our visibility in all areas of HR & Payroll and contribute to the quality and diversity of our services, while further developing our advisory practice.

Monica Petrea, our new Tax Director, boasts an experience of more than 20 years in finance, taxation, and accounting, and has held managerial positions for 16 years. She is a proactive, dedicated and hard-working professional, who has developed her competencies and expertise in professional advisory services related particularly to financial audit, telecom and technology. Monica will be involved in projects with a focus on Telecom and Technology and will assist in the implementation of our client communication platform.

Lucian will continue to advise his clients in a broad range of industries as they address their toughest challenges, and make the most of their greater opportunities. At the same time, Lucian will guide a team of professionals, with specialised knowledge and experience in various areas of tax, providing businesses at all stages of their life cycle with technical advice.
