As of 1 January 2023, we operate in over 95 countries and territories and draw on the expertise of over 47,000 professionals – 30,000+ in Mazars’ integrated partnership complemented by 17,000 professionals via the Mazars North America Alliance – to assist clients of all sizes at every stage of their development.

In a year that further tested the agility and resilience of businesses everywhere, with the return of war in Europe and its major macroeconomic consequences, we continued to play our full part in helping to build a fairer and more prosperous world. We focused on seizing opportunities to grow responsibly and exploring new ways to create value, to more than ever be a trusted partner for all the organisations we serve.

Over the past year, Mazars has achieved double-digit growth across geographies and service lines. With revenues of €2.45bn, we are one of the top players in Europe and we continue to strengthen our reach in other markets, especially in the United States, via the Mazars North America Alliance, and in China. We are focusing our efforts on being an employer of choice, able to attract, retain and develop top talent, and to provide that talent with a diverse and inclusive work environment in which they can fully express their potential.

We are committed to taking on the sustainability challenge. We have defined a clear strategy, which will help us transition to a carbon-free model and that also includes the ability to provide state-of-the-art sustainability services to our clients. Within the framework of ISQM1, we have devoted significant effort and resources to strengthening our quality and compliance teams, tools and processes. With audit being at a crossroads, we are drawing on the expertise of our professionals to help reinvent audit services for the benefit of our clients, their stakeholders and business ecosystems as a whole.
