Investigation Guidelines for 2019 of NAV
At the beginning of every year, the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) publishes its guidelines concerning the main directions and principles of its investigating activity for the given year.
By presenting the main objectives of this year’s audit plan, published at the end of February 2019, our aim with this newsletter is to raise the attention of businesses specifically affected by the planned investigations, active in high-risk areas, so that a possible investigation during the year would not find them unprepared.
