The Decree 5/2015 (II.27.) NGM has been published on 27 February summarizing the new EKAER regulation, effective from 1 March.
As we already reported, the new EKAER draft bill was published on 19 February for opinion purposes. Our current newsletter summarizes the novelties of the published regulation compared to the draft bill (please find also our previous summary here), probably due to the received comments.
