The deadline of the foreign VAT reclaim requests is approaching, according to the latest tax newsletter by Mazars in Hungary.
The requests of foreign VAT reclaims can be submitted by September 30, 2013 by those resident taxpayers, who are entitled for deduction of VAT and who paid a VAT amount (deductible) of at least 50 Euros on their purchases in other Member States in 2012.
