Concerning the modification of the latest Minister of Finance Decree, drafts specifying transfer pricing documentation requirements were published on March 5th on kormany.hu, the webpage of the Hungarian Government. Including a number of refinements and simplifications for taxpayers, the drafts might come with an amendment aiming at the standardization of research for comparative data.
