News: transfer pricing decree has been modified. The new regulations will become effective on June 21, 2013.
In contrast with the preliminary plans and the intention of the Tax Authority, there the decree of the transfer pricing documentation will be amended only to a limited extension, however, the regulation released on Tuesday (Decree 20/2013 of the Ministry for National Economy) includes several simplifications.
As the deadline of the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation for 2012 has already expired, the simplified rules of the decree can be used for FY2012 only by the companies with a financial year other than the calendar year.
