In this newsletter you can read about compulsory modifications in the Company Registration and Winding-up Proceedings due to the changes of the Act V of 2006 on Public Company Information.
The Parliament adopted the modification of the Act V of 2006 on Public Information, Company Registration and Winding-up Proceedings on 23 December 2011. It was published in the Hungarian bulletin Nr.164. on 30 December. The modification impose additional burdens primarily on the legal representatives, but still we feel it necessary to provide our Clients with information.
