The new tax law voted by the Parliament on 16 of November 2010 does not contain significant changes comparing to the first Bill in relation to the CIT rules. However, the local business tax law introduces new elements in the Act for telecom companies. Because of the lobby activity of the telecom companies the new rules have been changed even at year-end. We update our previous newsletter issued on the expected changes (Newsletter No. 2010/20) based on the rules effective from 1 January 2011
