Graduated from ESCP, Florence Sardas begins her career at Mazars in 2007 and becomes Partner in 2017. Since December 2020, she has been a member of Mazars France's Executive Committee, responsible for Transformations and Data.

 Florence Sardas works with Information Systems Directions, Financial Directions and Audit and Internal Control Directions to assess them in evaluating and strengthen their risk management systems. She primarily works with listed international groups or their subsidiaries, both listed and unlisted.

 Her dual background in audit and consulting enabled her to develop skills in risk and project management, skills she decided to use for auditing’s purposes and its transformation since 2017.

 Since 2019, Florence Sardas leads the IS Audit & Analytics department, actively contributing to integrating IT in the audit approach, securing client transformation projects, and deploying Data Analytics and Process Mining approaches, ensuring strong collaboration between auditors and Tech and Data experts.

 Florence Sardas also leads Risk Assurance & Compliance activities covering compliance and anti-corruption, cybersecurity, assistance to internal audit and internal control, and validation of non-financial information.

 She also contributes to the global network of IT specialist auditors and is part of Mazars' international community of Innovation Ambassadors.

 Lastly, Florence Sardas is a certified Mazars coach and supports colleagues with diverse profiles in their professional journey.
