Appointment of Fabrice Magini, Senior Vice President of M&A and Corporate Finance

(Mazars in Canada), a firm specializing in audit, accounting, taxation and advisory services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Fabrice Magini as Senior Vice President of mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance at Mazars Consulting Inc., corporate finance and transactional services firm of Mazars in Canada.
Fabrice Magini will lead the transaction and financing advisory activities for corporate issuers, institutional investors and family office clientele.
He has more than 20 years of experience in transactional and financing services working with some of Canada’s largest corporations and public institutions. He is recognized for his ability to structure and execute innovative, value-added transactions in complex environments. He has also been involved in value creation as a CFO and a strategic advisor to several technology start-ups.
