Robert Paré appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Advisory Services
Mazars is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert Paré as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Advisory Services division in Canada.
Robert Paré joined Mazars in September to lead our financial consulting services. As part of his new role, he is responsible for:
- Transactional services;
- Structured financing;
- Company valuations; and
- Due diligence in connection with acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Paré has acquired over 20 years of experience in the solicitation and execution of sales, purchases and financing agreements. He has represented a diverse clientele from small, medium and large companies within the private and public sectors. Over the years, he has guided various companies, such as those in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, to manoeuver within the Québec and international markets.
This appointment reflects our corporate strategy which is to structure, in an integrated manner, the services we offer to our customers.
