• Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Tetiana provided legal support for business processes at NovaPay, participated in the registration of the international payment system NovaPay and provided legal support for the agricultural holding’s activities, as well as practical implementation of the launch of the agricultural land market.​
• Tetiana has extensive experience in corporate matters, contractual work, obtaining permits and licenses, working with regulatory authorities, resolving issues related to real estate/land, identifying risks in business activities related to registration actions, as well as risks of ownership structure, etc.​
• Currently, Tetiana is responsible for the provision of legal services, preparation of legal advice and legal due diligence.​
