About XFactory Ukraine
XFactory Ukraine is a 5-month acceleration program tailored to support startups at various stages of their journey. Participants will benefit from Forvis Mazars’ expertise, personalised strategic coaching, and networking opportunities both within Ukraine and internationally.
The Forvis Mazars XFactory project first launched in France, where three cohorts of startups have already received support from our international experts. We’ve adapted the program’s best practices to meet the needs of Ukrainian innovative companies.
The accelerator is built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, offering comprehensive support in Forvis Mazars’ areas of expertise to help lay the foundation for a successful business.

✔Innovative startups from any civilian sector or dual-use product industry.
✔ Startups with Ukrainian roots — those based in Ukraine or founded by Ukrainians.
✔ Startups at Seed, Series A, B, or C stages.
✔ Solutions that create a meaningful positive impact.
Committed to diversity and gender equality, we aim for 70% of selected startups to be women-founded. Our goal is to empower women entrepreneurs and encourage them to apply.

- Value proposition: the uniqueness of the product or service.
- Market and ecosystem: the startup’s operating environment and competitive advantage.
