Mazars Ukraine became the Remington Seeds advisor on entrance into Ukraine

A full range of seed production services is expected to be provided by new joint venture, that has one of the most modern seed plants in Eastern Europe. Furthermore it has more than 5 thousand hectares of high-quality irrigated agricultural land and agricultural machinery. These advantages create favourable conditions for providing high-quality services both to international and domestic agricultural clients.

Mazars Ukraine Kyiv-based team was led by Managing Partner Gregoire Dattee, Financial Advisory Services Leader Oleksii Larionov and Head of Tax Department Mariia Pasika.

Remington Seeds is one of the largest seed producer in the world, while MAIS has more than 27 years of experience and is based in the heart of the black soil production area in Ukraine. As a result of their agreement the new joint venture SEED CORP will be established. Remington Seeds had taken a first step towards entering the Ukrainian market.
