Business Development Manager – AOS

Role Summary

As the Business Development Manager for Accounting and Outsourcing Services, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting our Outsourcing Solutions to a wide range of industries. Your role will focus on expanding our client base by showcasing the benefits of Outsourced Accounting Services, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets for Accounting Outsourcing Services.
  • Identify potential clients and industries, research prospects, and generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct clients need assessments and present customized Outsourcing Solutions that address specific financial, operational, and compliance requirements.
  • Build strong client relationships to understand business challenges and position Forvis Mazars as a trusted Outsourcing partner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, prepare presentations, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Stay informed of market trends, industry regulations, and competitive offerings to continuously improve our service positioning.
  • Track and report on business development activities, results, and opportunities for service enhancements.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the professional services, accounting, or finance sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Outsourcing Solutions and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
