High marks for the industry in new customer satisfaction measurement
Svensk Kvalitetsindex (SKI) recently presented its annual measurement of customer satisfaction and quality within the auditing industry. This year's results show that the auditing industry is handling the past year, which was characterized by both economic unrest, inflation and general uncertainty, very well. High ratings from customers give the best result for the industry in several years, with all actors receiving improved reviews.
Mazars continues to occupy a stable position in the top tier of the measurement (see chart below) with a placement that indicates a strong and sustainable customer relationship where availability, reliability and personal contact are valued by customers.
