March 2023: Mazars in Sweden coordinates the offices. Wants to create more opportunities for development and balance at work.
"We have a big focus on sustainable employees and in line with this we are now reorganizing and coordinating our offices. The goal is to create more opportunities for our employees and a better balance in the workload between offices and between individuals," says Karin Westerlund, CEO of Mazars in Sweden.
All of Mazars’ eight offices (Stockholm, Eskilstuna, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Landskrona, Lund, Malmö and Ystad) remain, but instead of being separate offices, will be part of four different office areas.
The organization with office areas will be implemented starting on March 15 2023.
