Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial and accounting management.
- Proven track record in working with government entities, specifically in preparing financial budgets and monitoring deviations.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle eBS R12 and Hyperion systems.
- Possession of professional certifications in accounting such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA.
- Master's degree in management or accounting.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and guide staff in financial management and auditing practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on financial programs and reports.
- Monitor budgets and analyze deviations, recommending necessary modifications.
- Collaborate with government entities in preparing financial budgets and monitoring deviations.
- Utilize Oracle eBS R12 and Hyperion systems for financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on financial matters to clients.
