Tarek Soliman is appointed as a new audit partner

Tarek joins Mazars in Qatar as Audit Partner, bringing more than 18 years of experience in leading major audit mandates in construction, real estate, manufacturing, and non-for-profit organizations.

Tarek is Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountants - ACCA UK and hold Bachelor of Commerce from University of Tanta – Egypt. He attended The Executive program in Business and leadership from New York school of business.

Tarek’s journey was all within the Big 4 audit and accounting firms, and now he is joining Mazars in Qatar after he has built a significant audit expertise across range of sectors, with in -depth understanding of best practices of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has extensive experience gained both locally and internationally and mainly in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

We welcome a new partner who has deep local business and culture knowledge along with longstanding experience in the GCC region, where he gained a familiarity with the business context in the gulf area and the Middle East.
