Accounting Assistant

Person graduated and/or qualified in Accounting with proven experience in similar positions.

Functions:

  • Review, sort and classify accounting information.
  • Registration of local and foreign documents (sales, purchases).
  • Registration and control of collections and payments in the system.
  • Handling of petty cash.
  • Accounts rendering.
  • Analysis of accounts.
  • Printing of accounting books.
  • Preparation of spreadsheets.
  • Other functions of the position.

Knowledge:

  • Intermediate or advanced English.  
  • Taxes
  • Knowledge of financial regulations (IFRS)
  • Advanced Office
