Lise Lotte Brovold HR Manager

Lise Lotte Brovold has a degree as a legal assistant from the Norwegian Bar Association and a degree in business economics from BI, in addition to several courses in the field of HR. Her background primarily stems from the legal sector, where she has held various administrative roles in several law firms, including office manager and HR manager at Advokatfirmaet Ræder AS. At Ræder, she established the HR function and has extensive experience in personnel management, recruitment, and organizational development.

Before joining Forvis Mazars in 2022, she worked as a senior advisor in the staff of the central bank leadership at Norges Bank, where she was primarily responsible for the distribution of meeting documents to the Executive Board and the Committee for Monetary Policy and Financial Stability.

In her role as HR manager at Forvis Mazars, her focus is in particularly on recruitment, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and organizational development.
