Kuo Shen Se Partner, Audit

Kuo Shen has over 20 years of working experience in the audit and commercial field. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, he was an Audit Partner with a firm of Chartered Accountants in Malaysia.

He has a range of experience in audit engagements from small and medium enterprise to public listed companies both local and abroad in various industries including manufacturing, construction and property development, logistics, retail, industrial engineering, plantation and education sector.

Apart from audit and assurance engagements, he is also involved with special assignments comprised agreed-upon procedures such as due diligence review of prospective financial information, proforma financial information for IPOs and the preparation of the accountant’s report.
