REPORTING ACCOUNTANTS

IPO ADVISORY SERVICES
1) PRE-EVALUATION AND FEASIBILITY STUDIES
IPO is a significant milestone for the company and its stakeholders. We will work with you to assess the readiness of the company in going public. This includes the readiness in terms of the business model, financial numbers requirements and having the mindset of a public company.
2) PROJECT MANAGEMENT

3) VALUATIONS / PRICING

We will work with the sponsors and lawyers In addressing interested party transactions and conflict of interests, restructuring of the group of companies and shareholdings in order to optimise tax efficiency and facilitate dividend payments to shareholders.
5) ACCOUNTING
The accounting records of the company will need to meet the standards required of a public company. We are able to advise you in making sure the accounting treatments of significant financial statements areas are in compliance with the relevant accounting standards.
