On 22 April 2022, the CSSF published the long-awaited Circular 22/806 on outsourcing arrangements. The new circular implements the revised EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing arrangements EBA/GL/2019/02 with an extension of application.

The 2020 CSSF Activity Report issued in August provided interesting on-site visits statistics and highlighted the main observations and weaknesses identified by the CSSF.
