Mazars' Insights on UCITSD VI
On 26 February 2024, the European Council adopted the new Directive relating to Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS VI).
This follows its adoption by the European Parliament on 7 February 2024.
The new regime of the adopted Directive will come into effect in the first quarter of 2026.
The reporting requirements will apply by the first quarter of 2027.
