KOREAN TAX AND GOVERNMENT SUPPORT IN RELATION TO THE COVID19 OUTBREAK

Several ministries, organisations and local government are involved in providing supports to minimize the fallout of COVID 19 and to
swiftly overcome the outbreak. As part of this support, the National Assembly has passed, on March 17, 2020, some amendments to
the Restriction of Special Taxations Act and its enforcement decree.
