We are pleased to inform you that Mazars will form a new global network with FORVIS, a leading accounting firm in the United States, effective 1 June 2024. This will further expand our presence in North America and reinforce our capacity to support the continued growth of our clients with consistent service in more than 100 countries and regions around the world.
All Mazars in Japan entities (Mazars Audit LLC, Mazars Japan K.K., Mazars FAS Corporation, MAZARS Tax Corporation, MAZARS Administrative Scrivener Corporation, and MAZARS Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Corporation) will be officially renamed. This change of name might need to be reflected in your supplier database and bank transfers and on your corporate registration if Mazars Audit LCC is registered as your financial auditor.
