Amendment of the Civil Code effective as of 1 January 2022
The Parliament has adopted numerous new rules with the Act XCV. of 2021, which significantly amends the rules of the Civil Code. A part of the modifications will apply as of July 2021, others will enter into force as of 1 July 2023.

This is what the amount of the minimum wage will be in 2022
From January 2022, the minimum wage will be increased to HUF 200,000 and the guaranteed wage minimum to HUF 260,000. As a result of this change, the amount of several aids, benefits and allowances will also increase.
