Mazars sponsors leading Public-Private Partnerships Conference in Canada
The CCPPP Annual Conference is recognised as the premier event on public-private partnerships (P3) in the world.
It attracts a global audience of of public and private sector infrastructure leaders and features sector experts sharing their experience and innovative insights on topical PPP issues in sessions throughout the two days.
The International Café will feature Canadian Trade Commissioners, including Trade Commissioner Dodjie Fabian (Philippines/ASEAN Infrastructure) representing developing P3 markets. Market Soundings will provide insights on P3 projects coming to market.
Mazars’ Infrastructure & Energy expert Anna Slisarenko will moderate a panel on 19 November entitled “Breaking Ground in the Municipal Sector”. It tends to be overlooked that municipal governments and Indigenous communities build and maintain 60 per cent of Canada’s core public infrastructure, from roads and bridges to wastewater treatment plants. But few have engaged in P3s. What needs to change? This session will probe the challenges, as well as explore the successes of those that have embraced this model.
