Mazars continues its growth in Chile with the arrival of four new partners
The arrival of the four professionals -which took place on September 1- is aimed at strengthening the audit, tax, consulting and outsourcing services, with a focus on developing large and medium-sized enterprises in various sectors of the economy. Currently, the Mazars office in Chile counts 150 professionals, led by Damien de La Panouse.
"Our differentiator is our talent management strategy," explains Damien de La Panouse, Managing Partner of Mazars in Chile. "We live in an economy that is increasingly complex, so we need to be prepared to our utmost to accompany our clients in all the stages of their development. That is why we put a great emphasis on the recruitment of outstanding professionals, and this is achieved through long-term relationships with the best local and global universities. In addition, it is important to retain the best talent in order to build long-lasting privileged relationships with our clients."
