Forvis Mazars ‘XFactory’ and LSE Generate join forces to strengthen women's entrepreneurship in Paris

Forvis Mazars and the London School of Economics are excited to announce the launch of ‘The Women Founders’ Table, Paris Edition’.

This collaborative initiative is dedicated to supporting and empowering women founders through skills-building, networking, community building and mentorship. LSE Generate entrepreneurs and Forvis Mazars’ ‘XFactory’ are already making their mark on the Paris landscape having worked with Unicorn startup ManoMano and the recently acquired Reezocar, both of which have based their headquarters in the European capital.

‘The Women Founders’ Table, Paris Edition’ will be a stepping stone in leveling out the playing field by shining a particular light on business creation through a social sciences lens and aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The series leans on LSE’s academic rigor and Forvis Mazars’ world-leading business acumen – a powerful combination of industry and impact.

The series focuses on key essential skills in entrepreneurship such as developing an innovative mindset, strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, and leadership. Through engaging workshops, expert-led discussions, and networking opportunities, the series aims to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where women founders can learn from each other’s experiences, gain practical insights, and build lasting connections across Europe. Keynote speakers will include seasoned entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and other industry leaders who share a commitment to advancing women’s success in business. Both organisations look forward to welcoming other leading universities into the collaboration to further bolster the power of community and impact.

Chief Transformation Officer and Founder of ‘XFactory’ at Forvis Mazars, Florence Sardas said: "Our goal is to create a ripple effect – when we invest in women entrepreneurs, we strengthen our entire community. Through this series, we’re not only providing valuable resources but also cultivating a space where collaboration and support drive success."

"We are thrilled to launch this series and forge a cross-border relationship offering a platform where women founders can come together, share their unique and yet common experiences, empowering each other along the way,” said LJ Silverman, Head of LSE Generate.

This latest initiative reflects Forvis Mazars’ and LSE Generate’s commitment to fostering a collaborative community where women founders are empowered to succeed. As women-led businesses continue to drive economic growth and innovation, the collaboration seeks to support this momentum by building a robust support network.
