Yosuke Fukuda Audit, Manager

Yosuke Fukuda has over 20 years' experience in the fields of tax, accounting and advisory services in the real estate industry in Japan.

He started his career in property taxation, and after passing the CPA exam, he has experience in auditing, appraisal, tax and advisory services for the real estate industry at a major audit firm, real estate appraisal company and consulting firm.

After joining Forvis Mazars Japan Audit LLC in December 2019, he is mainly responsible for auditing real estate funds, renewable energy funds, manufacturing and service industries.

Author of: ‘The book to understand the price of real estate <first edition>’ (co-authored by Nikkei BP, April 2016). ‘Illustrations & Examples: Tax, Legal and Accounting of Asset Succession’ (co-authored by Chuokeizai-sha, April 2017)
