Vitalina Kobernik Director - Insurance Technical Accounting

Vitalina leads our Insurance Technical pillar, part of our Accounting Technical Services (ATS) department.

Experience 

Vitalinas expertise is in insurance technical accounting, which includes a variety of topics - from IFRS 17 and UK GAAP to sustainability reporting for insurers. Her background is within the 'Big Four' mainly PwC. Before joining the firm she worked on IFRS 17 standard setting at IASB.

Work Highlights 

• Winning the award for IFRS 17 consultancy of the year in 2022.
• Setting up the Insurance pillar within the Accounting Technical Services (ATS) department.
