Background

Thomas joined the firm in 2005. He has been auditing companies of all sizes, ranging from SMEs to listed company in Hong Kong and overseas.   His client involved in a wide variety of business including logistics, retail operation, manufacturing, trading and computer software / online games development and operation, etc. as well as non-profit making organisations.

Besides audit and assurance works, he is also engaged in special assignments including due diligence, merger and acquisitions, valuation, IPO and special investigation.
