Experience

Steve joined Forvis Mazars Corporate Finance (Pty) Ltd in April 2019 from EY, where he was the partner responsible for Transaction Advisory Services along the coastal regions of South Africa and Namibia for over 20 years. He joined EY in Cape Town in 1997 to create a transaction advisory capability. This was built to a staff complement of some 20 dedicated transaction professionals. He has extensive experience in transactional advisory engagements which included financial and
commercial due diligences (both buy and sell side), business valuations, IFRS valuations, project appraisal, feasibilities, business planning, business modelling, working capital reporting, mergers and acquisitions.
